Cancellation / Deposit Policy

🔹 To secure your bounce house rental, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. You may also choose to pay the full balance upfront. The remaining amount is due no later than the day before your scheduled event.

🔹 Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

🔹 Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit.

🔹 Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
