Candy Cart Rental – Cancellation / Deposit Policy
A 30% deposit or full payment is required at booking. Remaining balance is due the day before the event.

• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the 30% deposit.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Exceptions apply for custom orders involving baked goods, charcuterie, or third-party services — in these cases, deposits may be non-refundable once items are ordered.

Paid in Full:

• Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before, unless special items have been purchased.

• 70% refund if canceled within 48 hours, unless custom items were already ordered.

• No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
