Cancellation / Deposit Policy

🔹 A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your bounce house rental. The remaining balance is due by the day before your scheduled event.

🔹 Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

🔹 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the 30% deposit.

🔹 Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
