• A 30% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to reserve balloon décor services.

• Remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event.

• 🎨 Custom colors or themed designs must be placed at least 1 week in advance to guarantee availability.

• ❌ Cancellations made 1 week+ in advance = full refund (including deposit).

• ⚠️ Cancellations within 1 week = deposit is non-refundable.

• 🚫 Same-day cancellations or no-shows = non-refundable.
